On Motivation Monday today, here’s to healthy! One of things that I love most about health, fitness, and nutrition is that it is a constant battle for self-improvement. You are never “there” … even the healthiest person in the world could do one small thing to improve their health slightly. What’s more, your body keeps changing to keep you constantly challenged! The great news about this journey is … mistakes are OK! We all make them, and slipping up every once in a while does not mean we are failing at our healthy living journeys. But when you do your best, and take conscious steps to improve your health, you usually feel amazing – both mentally and physically – and are inspired to do even more. My favorite part of the below Greatist quote is “But when I do choose better, healthy feels awesome. It impacts everything.” (picture source)
