Hi!  I’m Megan Lyons, owner of The Lyons’ Share Wellness.  I’ve been Dallas’ #1 rated nutritionist for years, and I care a lot about living up to that reputation.  My team of nutritionists and I are dedicated to bringing you the best functional nutrition support available.

  • I have the education to back it up.  As a Harvard graduate with an MBA and history in the business world, I’ve always cared about education.  When I changed careers in 2014, my goal was not just to help people, but to be equipped with the most up-to-date and effective information to do so.  On that note, here are a few highlights my nutrition education / credentials:

  • I have the practice experience to know what works for people just like you.  To date, I’ve had over 12,000 1-to-1 nutrition consultations with individuals just like you.  I do not know of a single other nutritionist who has had so many direct 1-to-1 sessions, and honestly, I don’t think you’ll find one.  Whether you want to manage (and reverse!) insulin resistance or support thyroid function, whether you want to improve cholesterol or lose weight, whether you want to combat emotional eating or learn to food prep, or whether you just plain want to feel better, I know exactly how to help, and I’ll break it down for you into actionable, sustainable strategies.
  • I know how to tailor goals to you by meeting you where you are and inspiring you to take the next best step.  I started this part of my career as a health coach, because I feel the behavioral change strategies are just as important as the clinical nutrition information.  You won’t find one-size-fits-all meal plans or shame-based tactics here.  I am great at discovering what works to motivate each individual client and working with you to create a strategy that works to help you reach your goals.

Just want to check in with your body, see how it’s doing from the inside out, and get practical insights on how to improve its functioning?  This package includes lab testing (choose from: full functional nutrition workup including diabetes, heart, inflammation, hormone, and nutritional biomarkers, OR Gut Zoomer for microbiome assessment, OR food intolerance testing), as well as personal guidance, all relevant supplement recommendations, and a customized health plan to implement on your own.


  • One 25-minute health intake session
