As a recent college grad I contacted Megan to help me break the bad habits of excessive drinking, late nighting, stress eating, etc. I mostly just needed help getting my system back into normal eating habits and just needed some encouragement and structure to do so.

Megan is truly a top-notch health coach. I did six months with Megan. Before working with Megan, my diet was negatively affecting my life. I woke up with headaches, focus was difficult, and it was because I was eating Chick-fil-a for breakfast, cheeseburgers for lunch, and fast food for dinner. Now things are different. I no longer wake up feeling hungover from the food I ate the day prior, and I've overcome my habits that led me to making poor nutritional choices. I lost 15 lbs, but more importantly I gained the knowledge and confidence to eat right. It's because of Megan. We did gradual changes, where we progressively removed parts of my diet that were unhealthy, and replaced them with more sensible options. We did this by creating meal gameplans, for each meal, and then tracking my eating progress over the week with a food log. This kind of accountability made it possible for me to transition my diet. The best thing about Megan is that she truly cares about her clients, and it showed through in our interactions. She's attentive, follows up with you throughout the week, and really cares about your progress. She's also incredibly knowledgeable about food, always on top of her stuff, and professional. I pride myself on being a very balanced and clean eating individual; however, over the last year I started experiencing digestive issues. I tried to continue to just eat clean and thought it would get better. I finally broke down and began research nutritionists and health coaches. Enter Megan into my life. After our initial consultation she recommended a Refocus package, since I was generally on-track with my diet and exercise (nice that she recognized this and did not try to up charge me!). Megan almost immediately was able to provide insight on what might be causing my digestive issues and was able to recommend what could help. That along with other small, but impactful recommendations and I feel great!
