My nutrition philosophy is simple.

The more whole foods, the better.  I believe in fueling up on as many vegetables as possible – they give us energy, prevent disease, help maintain a healthy weight, and improve digestion.  There’s simply no better food on the planet.  After that, every person is unique– some do well with meat, others tolerate grains; some need to prioritize an anti-inflammatory diet, others need help reducing sugar.  I work with each client to come up with the personalized solution that makes her feel her best.  I do it all through gradual, weekly changes that never seem overwhelming, but add up to big results.  And the most important ingredients in the recipe are positivity, empowerment, and support – all of which are plentiful at The Lyons’ Share.
