Happy Foodie Friday!

Roasted vegetables are by far my favorite way to enjoy vegetables, and I make them a few times per week without fail.  Check out today’s video below to see how to roast vegetables quickly and easily!

    Funny, I actually don’t really like roasted broccoli — but steamed broccoli is one of my absolute faves. Probably just what I grew up with. But I grew up with steamed cauliflower too, and I do love roasted cauliflower. I guess there’s no logical explanation. Maybe that means I need to try roasted broccoli again.

    I like to use salt, pepper, garlic powder and chili powder! Gives every kind of vegetable an extra punch.
