    Meg: My guess for Foodie Friday is PISTACHIO NUTS, although I don’t know of any recipes out there other than “pick up nut, crack open, put in mouth, chew and swallow.

      Haha! There are tons of pistachio recipes out there, actually … pistachio-crusted fish, pistachio ice cream, pistachio granola bars, so many more! But no, that wasn’t it. It was sweet potatoes … but as you probably saw, I didn’t get the post up. Coming up this Friday!
