It’s Motivation Monday!  Did you know that there are only 49 business days left in 2013 (at least in the US)?  Time sure does fly!  And, we’re entering such a wonderful season of the year, when time always passes even more quickly than usual.  I’m working on finding something to appreciate every day between now and the end of the year – join me! motivation mondayappreciate the moments(picture source)

Now a quiz … What do all of the below pictures have in common? hailey running ms fitness challenge barbie thomas

You’ll find out when you head back to yesterday’s post to (hopefully!) be truly inspired.  I posted it later in the day than usual, and I want to make sure you all get a chance to see it, so I’m using this as a cop-out instead of a “real” Motivation Monday post.  I hope these 7 stories make you appreciate what you have and feel inspired to accomplish great things!

How is that possible that there is less than 50 business days left in the year! That is insane!

Andddd yet another new fact learnt from here- you’re on a roll! I tried commenting yesterday on the post but it kept coming up as error! anyway, it was truly inspiring and really made me appreciate the things I often take for granted- and shows really, nothing can stop you from achieving your dreams, except yourself!

Oh no! Here you are teaching ME something … but sadly, something I have no idea how to fix retroactively, since apparently it’s fine now. If it happens again, would you mind letting me know? Thanks a million! Glad it made you appreciate your abilities, because it definitely made me grateful, too!

Wow that is ridiculous…. 49 days left?! Uggh: )
I was thinking about that recently how crazy it is that it is almost 2014. Just crazy.
I truly do love Fall and find it so much easier to appreciate everything and be happy when it is gorgeous out.
I so agree with your quote on yesterdays post about appreciating being able to run because not everyone can.
I really mean that.. I have friends who (for different reasons) can’t run and some of them would like to and it does make me appreciate even the bad runs.
    Thanks for posting this!

Thank you for following and commenting, Chris! It’s humbling to say the least when I’m feeling frustrated about my pace being a little too slow or having a little side stitch … and then I realize that I’m out running … relaxing, enjoying, improving, and that I’m ABLE to enjoy such a thing. I try to remember it as often as possible 🙂

Sometimes the days pass slowly, but the years pass so quickly, right?!?

Love this Megan! Goes right along with all the important lessons I learned last weekend! There is so much good in the world and all around us – sometimes we need to learn to see it!

    Have a GREAT week!

It is so easy to lose sight of the need to appreciate the moments of our lives. Thigs get so busy, obligations pile up, annoyances fester … and we forget to see the joys right in front of us. Great post (as well as the ‘I Can’ post)!
