Happy Motivation Monday!  Today I’m opening sign-ups for the 2-week Fall Reset, so don’t miss your spot!  It will be a great chance to feel healthy and energized, make a positive change in your health, and get the Fall season started on a positive note.

Regardless of whether or not you’ll participate in the Reset (you should!), I want to encourage you to make a positive change in your health today.  Nothing ever changes until we take the initiative to make it happen, and you are the only one who controls your future.  So why not make it just a bit better?

*While the Reset is open to anyone, it is best suited for those who want to refocus on health, need to lose a small amount of weight (20 pounds or less), or just want to clean up their diets overall.  The Reset will provide guidance, nutrition tips, and motivation, but is still a self-starting group program, so if you need more one-on-one support, please ask about my health coaching packages!

So tell me in the comments … What can you do today to improve your future health?

Looks great Megan – I have managed to transition into Fall without issue … my eating and running and sleep are all going well.

But what I have noticed with some friends is that with the kids going back to school their habits are falling by the wayside – not running, eating worse, and so on. That is why something like a Fall Reset is such a great idea!

Thanks, Michael! Interesting observation about your friends! I’ve found the opposite with my clients – I’m getting more clients during back-to-school season as they finally feel that they have time to focus on their own health with the kids back on school!

I REALLY TRULY need/want to hire a personal trainer! I have a pilate instructor but our sessions are almost up and honestly, she just doesn’t push me! We do the same thing every time I see her and it’s just pointless to me! I don’t see much improvement and I need to UP MY STRENGTH!!

A pointless personal trainer is frustrating, Gigi! Hope you’re finding another one!
