In Part 4 of my 4-part testimonial series, I ask my clients what advice they would have for someone considering changing their life to improve their health. Check out the video (just 1:46!) to hear what they said!

If I take away one major message from what my clients said, it’s this … do not think you’re alone in your struggles to live a healthier life.  Everyone struggles, no one is perfect, and perfection is not (and should not be) the expectation!  Just start somewhere.

Of course, if you want to start your journey towards better health with my guidance, I’d love to talk to you for an initial consultation.  Regardless of whether you explore my health coaching options or not, though, I encourage you to take the first step today for Motivation Monday.  Find a support system that is judgment-free and celebrates your small successes.  Don’t put off action until tomorrow, and don’t demand perfection from yourself.  Your healthier future self will thank you!

    These are really lovely and inspirational posts! As for doing something for my own health, I traded in my parking pass for the month to walk to work and really appreciate the sun, trees, birds — beats sitting in traffic!
